As a photographer who likes to get out and about, this (now eased) lockdown can be a right pain, but It has taught me to work with what's around us. I try to get out every day (if the weather permits!) but sometimes I find myself taking the same images, but I don't mind because Alvechurch is a beautiful place to live and explore and also I like to see if my latest photos improve on the previous.
On my mobility scooter getting to some places can be a pain but on my doorstep is the canal, a meadow and stunning countryside so there is always something to photograph.
During this pandemic we have experienced many new things from food shortage, empty streets and social distancing to VE day street parties and clapping for the NHS, these are the kinds of things I have enjoyed photographing
